Alison Bui is a proud mother of three, including two boys and a girl, and resides in Wilbraham, MA. She serves as the Program Coordinator for the Nursing Professional Development at Baystate Medical Center. A founding member of the Valley Impact Project, Alison is passionate about making a difference in her community. She is also infamous for creating the WestMassters, the signature event of the Valley Impact Project, which has become a standout occasion in the area. Her commitment to both her family and her community continues to inspire those around her.
Amanda Moyer is a seasoned marketing professional with over 16 years of experience. As Marketing Director at Window World Western Mass, she brings a creative and strategic approach to building brand awareness and driving business growth. Beyond her professional pursuits, Amanda enjoys exploring her passion for wine and staying active, though she'll readily admit that her athleticism is more enthusiasm than expertise. As a new mom, she cherishes the opportunity to give back to her community and is actively involved in local volunteer efforts.
A longtime resident of Western Massachusetts, Sarah Murphy grew up in Agawam and now resides in Springfield. Her dedication to the community is evident through her work with the Valley Impact Project since its inception, supporting local families in need, and her service on the board of the Foundation for TJO Animals, focusing on fundraising and outreach. Professionally, Sarah serves as the Director of Operations at Market Mentors, a Springfield marketing agency. Her expertise in project management, team leadership, and process optimization was recognized when she was named a BusinessWest 40 Under Forty honoree in 2021. Sarah enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, and is a true foodie, loving to find new restaurants to visit.
Adam Sapowsky is a West Springfield native and a devoted father of two girls. With 15 years of experience as a manager at Smith's Billiards, Adam has built a strong foundation in both leadership and community involvement. As a founding member of the Valley Impact Project, he is deeply committed to making a positive difference in the area. Adam's dedication to his family, work, and local community reflects his passion for creating lasting change.
Jay Hayes is a dedicated realtor with Team Rovi, based in East Longmeadow, MA. A proud father of two boys, Jay is committed to both his family and community. He has been actively involved with the Valley Impact Project since its inception in 2023, working to make a positive impact in the area. With a strong passion for real estate and community engagement, Jay continues to grow his career while giving back to those around him.
